1. About these terms

These terms (the “Terms”) govern your use of littlegatorkids.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of products sold by Kratibella PureCare Private Limited (“Kratibella”, “we”, “our”). Please read them carefully — placing an order means you accept them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law to place an order. Our products are designed for kids, but accounts must be created by parents or guardians.

3. Products & descriptions

We work hard to keep product information, ingredient lists and pricing accurate. However:

• Colours of packaging or product imagery may vary slightly between screens and reality.
• Formulations may be updated from time to time — always read the label on the bottle.
• If a price or product detail is published in error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders & pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Placing an order is an offer to buy — the contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel orders for reasons including stock unavailability, delivery limitations or suspected fraud.

5. Payments

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and supported wallets via our payment partner Razorpay. All transactions are processed over secure, PCI-compliant gateways. Cash on delivery may be available at our discretion for select pin codes.

6. Shipping & delivery

Delivery times, costs and serviceable pin codes are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these Terms. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, weather, courier issues or wrong addresses provided at checkout.

7. Returns & refunds

For hygiene reasons, we accept returns only if the product arrives damaged, tampered with or incorrect. Please email hello@kratibella.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Full details are in our Shipping & Returns policy.

8. Use of the site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems.
• Upload viruses, scripts or other harmful code.
• Scrape, copy or republish content (text, images, packaging, formulations) without our written permission.
• Misrepresent yourself or use someone else’s payment information.

9. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos (including the Little Gator wordmark), product designs, packaging, copy, photography and the Site itself are the property of Kratibella PureCare Private Limited or its licensors. Nothing on this Site grants you any right or licence to use them without our prior written consent.

10. Health & safety

Our products are intended for external use on healthy skin and hair of children aged 5–12. They are not a substitute for medical advice. If your child has a known allergy, a medical condition or unusually sensitive skin, please consult a paediatrician or dermatologist before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and contact us.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Kratibella’s total liability for any claim arising out of or connected to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
