We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes through our logistics partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, India Post). International shipping is on our roadmap for 2027 — if you’d like Little Gator in your country, write to us.
Rates are calculated automatically at checkout. You will see them clearly before you pay.
Orders placed before 2 PM on a working day are dispatched the same day. Otherwise they ship the next working day.
You will receive a tracking link by SMS and email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Personal care is intimate — for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

Once we approve a return or replacement claim, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. UPI & card refunds typically clear faster than net banking. We will keep you posted at every step.
You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched — just write to us. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but the standard returns policy will apply on delivery if there is a problem.
If a courier is unable to deliver after 3 attempts (no one available, refused delivery, incorrect address), the package is returned to us. We will reach out to confirm the address and either redispatch (charges may apply) or refund minus shipping costs.
